We are expanding our Market Access team with two Regional Market Access Managers – one in the Stockholm area and one responsible for the southern regions. As Regional Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in securing access and funding for our products in the regions. You will also be working closely with medical to ensure recommendation of GSK products cross brands in your area. The work includes a lot of external stakeholder interactions but you will also work closely with the market access, medical and sales teams, cross the GSK portfolio. Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK In this role you will Continuously monitor and evaluate market access, funding mechanisms, and formulary listing procedures as well as key stakeholders in the regions. Establish and sustain relationships with key regional healthcare decision-makers, including payers, formulary committee members, patient organizations, policy makers and others. Develop and implement regional stakeholder relationship strategies, ensuring all GSK interactions with stakeholders and institutions beyond the prescriber level are strategically aligned and well-coordinated. Develop targeted regional action plans to ensure GSK products are optimally positioned on regional formulary lists. Maximize patient access and seek new business opportunities for both innovations and mature products in the regions with a grow mindset. In close collaboration with key stakeholders’ position GSK´s therapy areas as key healthcare priorities in the regions. Represent GSK at industry working groups and organisations of relevance Play an active role in shaping cross-functional strategies and contribute to Brand Team initiatives. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Economics, Business, Medicine, Pharmacology, Health Science or similar). Extensive experience with regional market access in the Swedish healthcare environment and Lif groups. Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and budget processes in the relevant regions. Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications & project management skills. Must be a committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture. Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with other internal functions and external stakeholders. Self-starting and proactive, ability to assimilate and digest multiple, complex information. A strategic, innovative and humble way of working is essential.
