Meaningful Work From Day One
The On-Premise Regional Manager will lead and inspire a team to ensure that B-F's key brands are built in key segments with the appropriate support to ensure presence and prominence within the channel.
What You Can Expect
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the channel strategy, ensuring the correct implementation of brand guidelines and managing P&L and ROI in projects to optimize investments. Analyze the total market and target segment to understand industry dynamics, competition, and consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities for B-F and ensuring a dominant position in key accounts. Continuously train and educate (internally and externally) on Brown-Forman culture, brands, and values, ensuring that all executives follow and implement the steps of the visit, use effective negotiation principles, and utilize Salesforce as a work tool. Recruit, retain, and develop the best talent for B-F, responsible for the development of the team's career plans and ensuring the correct planning and execution to secure the most important accounts. Manage and control budgets, ensuring proper implementation of the budget strategy, impeccable administration and control of client databases, and active communication with the team of wholesalers to ensure proper business processes.What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years leading on-premise and/or sales teams for global consumer product brands. Experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, and market analysis platforms. Knowledge of finance, marketing, effective negotiations, coaching, and leadership.What Makes You Unique
