Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Regional Manager! The Regional Manager directs the company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities

Oversees Operations in Washington, Oregon, and IdahoManages costs and revenues to meet company top and bottom line financial goals including:Expanding business, negotiating increases with Customers, reduction of operating costs, and or changes in schedules or processes.Coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s contractual expectations but to exceed their service expectations resulting in the creation of complete Customer satisfaction.Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.Manages and retains a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company.Travel is required for this position.Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Experience in overseeing operations or account management


Compensation: $110,000- $130,000 per year
