Regional Manager, USAF
**Qualifications:** + **8+ years of experience** in federal sales or business development, with at least **5 years supporting the Department of Defense** , preferably with a focus on the Air Force. + Proven experience **leading and developing sales teams** , including Client Managers and Client Executives, with a track record of high performance and team success. + Demonstrated success in leading multimillion-dollar pursuits and delivering against aggressive sales targets. + Strong understanding of the USAF organizational structure, acquisition models, and operational priorities. + Exceptional relationship management, communication, and executive presence. + Familiarity with key government contract vehicles (e.g., ITES, SEWP, GSA, AFNET IDIQs, JWCC). + Experience working with large OEMs, systems integrators, and emerging technology partners. + Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and influence at all levels. + Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or military experience preferred. + Solid relationships with OEMs + Active DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one strongly desired. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
