What this opportunity involves:
Our Regional Lead, APAC Employee Experience and Concierge Operations is responsible for leading and managing a regional team of Concierge and Guest Services staff to deliver exceptional experiences to staff and their visitors across both office and remote workplace experience programs. Leading by example and representing both the JLL and the Atlassian brand to the highest standard.

An overview of the role:
Manage high-volume support tickets across Experience products, including gatherings, event support, and 'For You' services. Maintain lobby and front desk areas.
Meet with client to understand new offerings and plan regional implementation.
Provide warm, professional welcome to all Atlassian staff, visitors, and vendors.
Oversee roster development and provide backup support.
Coordinate conference room scheduling and support.
Maintain professional presentation and uphold grooming standards.
Support emergency response and act as floor warden when required.
Proactively communicate with clients for effective service delivery.
Support large in-house Atlassian events as needed.
Assist with Food and Beverage services and order placement.
Develop operational reporting to demonstrate service quality.
Manage team through meetings and one-on-ones.
Handle recruitment, development, and performance management.
Develop Global Concierge Playbook with peers and lead.
Support remote APAC sites in Concierge matters.
Assist Global Concierge Lead, Regional Facilities Lead, and Global Account Lead.
Maintain financial accountability within scope.

We are looking for a senior operational leader, who brings professionalism and hospitality knowledge to our team.
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
Experience leading and managing a reception/concierge team or in experience services, hospitality, or events, and knowledge of commercial real estate or hospitality industry.
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
