Regional Labor Relations Lead, Googler Experience

Only applications of candidates with Mexican citizenship will be evaluated for this role in compliance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Labor Law. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in labor relations within a organizational setting. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering educational and strategic programs for various audiences, including executive leadership. + Experience in managing employee representative bodies, including information and consultation processes, within a fast-paced, large, matrixed global organization. + Understanding of HR policies and practices, as well as relevant state and federal employment laws for multinational operations. + Understanding of local labor law and labor relations environments in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Canada. + Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently to manage client relationships and navigate discussions in the region. Represent regional needs in global discussions and ensure local execution of initiatives aligns with regional needs. + Monitor labor relations and trends in the region to anticipate potential challenges and advise leadership on risk mitigation. + Lead a comprehensive labor relations strategy for both local and regional levels, ensuring it aligns with business goals. Drive initiatives to improve the labor relations environment and create frameworks that empower local teams to execute processes effectively. + Deliver training programs that enhance labor relations expertise across leadership, People Operations, and the broader Googler community. + Enable the roll-out of labor relations processes and company-wide programs in the region, ensuring alignment with local labor practices and business needs.
