Job Requirements
The Regional HR Business Partner will collaborate with regional and vertical business leaders to craft regional people strategies and talent plans that achieve business goals. They will design, align and execute the talent strategy for the region, thriving in a dynamic environment while providing HR expertise on regional laws and cultures to realize current and future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy – Design and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing regional talent and aligning regional HR initiatives with business objectives.Manager Coaching – Coach regional managers to build a high-performance culture, develop high-potential talent, implement engagement strategies, and handle conflicts. Regional Legal Compliance - Ensure the region remains compliant with the latest employment laws and regulations by continuously monitoring legal updates, implementing necessary changes, and providing guidance to management, vertical HR and staffChange Management – Design/Lead transformation projects and change management initiatives, to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruption, considering regional legislation and culture.Culture Institutionalization – Guide regional leaders in addressing culture challenges by developing and executing strategies to reinforce values and behaviors.Employee Engagement – Analyse data to identify trends, diagnose problems and recommend proactive solutions for the region.HR Metrics – Periodically review critical regional HR metrics and design strategies to promote business growth.Process Facilitation – Collaborate with HR CoEs and other functions to design and implement effective processes within the region.Develop the Team – Train, mentor and guide the team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.Budget Management: Manage and track HR budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to finance process and timelines.
