Job Description

As the Regional Construction & Facilities (C&F) Manager, you will lead and inspire C&F teams across the region, driving strategic direction and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the regional strategy, ensuring high performance, and delivering strong business cases across all construction and facilities activities.

Your leadership will directly contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences in our stores, while supporting market teams to achieve ambitious goals in a sustainable, cost-effective, and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Lead and develop high-performing regional C&F teams.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Define and implement short- and long-term strategic goals aligned with expansion plans and historical performance.Ensure regional strategies are embedded in procurement and sustainability initiatives.

Operational Excellence

Collaborate with market teams to set SMART targets and ensure effective execution.Oversee planning and delivery of weekly, quarterly, and annual activities.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the right quality and safety standards.Drive compliance and sustainability across all construction and facilities operations.

Business Performance

Provide expert input on budgets, timelines, value engineering, and risk management.Support and challenge markets during budgeting and forecasting cycles.Contribute to market entry strategies, including support for new markets such as Brazil and Paraguay.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are autonomous and handle problems with creativity while maintaining a good balance between long and short-term planning.A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.A collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.

What You Bring

Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration. Have a good understanding about technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques. Any certificate within the C&F field is meriting. At least 5 years of relevant working experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably within the retail industry. Experience from managing a team. Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with several stakeholders and seniority levels.

This is a full-time position and based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Head of Expansion for Region Southern Hemisphere.
