To take complete ownership for all client deliverables for all the facilities in the city. The person will be responsible to provide comprehensive facility management services, as per the contractual terms with a focus on continuous improvement for the respective facilities. Will also be responsible to achieve financial and other Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs) established by the Client. The Regional Head must be a team player and work with other functions within JLL and also the client stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
