What your day-to-day will look like:
Contract Governance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual and governance mattersCoordinate contract management and governance meetingsEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlinesPerformance Management:
Manage performance management framework as per requirementsMonitor KPIs, including trending analysis and oversight of any KPI failure rectification plans Oversee performance dashboards and reporting systems to ensure alignment to strategic objectivesAnalyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementLead performance review processes and provide guidance on performance-related issuesOversee formal KPI reporting and present results at quarterly business review meetingsManage client satisfaction surveys and feedback processesTransformation Program Management:
Establish and maintain a robust Transformation governance framework to support delivery of transformation initiativesDevelop and implement program management methodologies, tools, and best practicesOversee multiple concurrent transformation projects, ensuring continued alignment with strategic objectivesLiaise with RAD & Transformation lead to manage resource allocation, risk management, and budget controlReporting & Business Intelligence:
Collaborate with business intelligence team on design, delivery, and maintenance of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data analysis for clientsCoordinate all contractual reporting obligationsManage ad-hoc and urgent reporting/data requests from clientsData Governance:
Support the governance of account dataMonitor and regularly report on data qualityWork with relevant teams to design and implement plans to improve data qualityIntegration and Synergy:
Work with RAD to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with performance management objectives and client contract requirementsEnsure that performance metrics are incorporated into transformation projectsIn relation to always-on transformation, be ever curious to leverage network to identify built environment best practices into transformation initiatives, focusing on sustainability, workplace experience, and operational efficiencyLeadership and Stakeholder Management:
Engage with JLL account leadership team, JLL platform team, and clients, to ensure buy-in and support for initiativesPresent progress reports and recommendations to JLL management and client teamsManage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders as requiredDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Excellent execution skills, capable of managing complex projectsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills5+ years of experience in real estate, facilities management, or related built environment fields is of benefitExperience managing across regional contract, ideally within APACStrong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skillsTransformation or Change management experience in large organizationsProficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly, including program management tools such as Smartsheets, Workfront or similarAble to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needsRequired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, ideally with a focus on business administration/management, or related fieldExperience in program management, performance management frameworks and contract managementProficiency in project management, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platformsCritical Competencies for Success
