We’re hiring a Regional FP&A Director EU & APAC to take on a high-impact role within our regional finance organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance EU & APAC, you’ll be a key member of the regional finance leadership team, acting as a strategic business partner in the development, assessment, and execution of financial activities supporting the wider business plan and financial objectives.
This role holds full responsibility for all aspects of business and financial planning related to the operating entity, including the development of both short- and long-term financial plans, the monitoring of business performance, and the creation of financial tools and capabilities to support the delivery of business targets. You’ll be responsible for analysing results and providing the regional leadership team with clear, insightful analysis of current performance against forecasts, along with a view on future risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to drive improved financial outcomes.
This is a highly visible role within both the regional and global SDX business segment, interfacing closely with all functions. As a key partner to the regional VP of Finance, you’ll work closely with senior leadership across the region as well as with the global finance leadership team.

**Role responsibilities:**
+ Play a leading role in the core tasks for the SDx Regional FP&A team, including the periodic reporting cycle, forecasting process, the annual planning cycle etc.
+ Enhance and develop current financial tools and models to analyze business performance, implement process changes as needed, and deliver periodic/quarterly/annual reporting requirements, including business reviews and presentations, leveraging digital tools
+ Strong partnership with Global FP&A Team on driving insights / analysis
+ Manage the forecasts of the financial results on all P&L measures (incl. Cash and Overheads) and continuously track opportunities and risks vs. Plan
+ Ownership of the forecasting process and support the budgeting process
+ Drive continuous improving processes on cost efficiency, Working Capital, Cash Flow optimizations, etc.
+ Act as thought partner for the SDx finance leaders on strategic and operational topics
+ Build relationships with the wider leadership team to improve financial rigor and the decision-making process
+ Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommending appropriate actions
+ Business partner – as such supporting in all aspects of financial performance including insights generation from period performance, year-end forecasts, gap closing and margin performance/drivers
+ Establish and drive digital tools/reporting’s and a value creation mindset within the cluster organization
+ Take a proactive role in the development of new reporting formats that drives decision support Make sure reporting is contemporary, flexible to meet organization changes and delivered via digital tools
+ Recruit, develop, coach and motivate associates, building an effective team to ensure a high level of performance
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, MBA or CPA preferred
+ Minimum of 10 years business planning, FP&A and forecasting experience
+ Ability to compile data, develop insights & communicate recommendations to executive-level audiences
+ Strong system knowledge beneficial
+ Strong team management skills, experience with leading remote teams, skills in managing & measuring performance; Excellent communication, partnering, and presentation skills
+ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex financial data and make sound decisions
+ Experience in working with ERP/reporting systems; Good knowledge of accounting according to US GAAP
