**CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This is a key role supporting a high-profile client account, combining strategic financial oversight with hands-on delivery. You will act as a business partner to both CBRE and the client, ensuring financial accuracy, contract governance, and high-performing operations.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver monthly management reporting: P&L, balance sheets, forecasts, and variance analysis
+ Act as a finance business partner to CBRE operations and the client’s regional leads
+ Ensure compliance with SOX and CBRE financial governance standards
+ Lead monthly invoicing and quarterly reconciliations in line with contract terms
+ Maintain and review project profitability, margin performance, and cost control
+ Manage accruals, UBR/UER recognition, and journal entries to meet audit standards
+ Coordinate budget and forecast submissions
+ Perform country-level and project-level financial reviews with operations teams
+ Address aged debt, PO discrepancies, and client payment issues
+ Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate, timely data
+ Continuously improve financial processes, reporting quality, and system integrity
+ Provide leadership and development to a small contract support team
+ Present financial insights to account leadership, both internally and to the client.
**Requirements** :
+ Chartered Accountant (or equivalent qualification)
+ At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and governance in a multinational setting
+ Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
+ Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
+ Excellent command of Excel and financial systems (including PeopleSoft)
+ Commercially minded with the ability to drive margin improvement and cost management
+ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate with senior stakeholders
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team
+ Experience in client-facing finance roles within FM, outsourcing, or service sectors
+ Comfortable working in matrix environments and cross-functional teams
+ Familiarity with various commercial models (cost-plus, GMP, fixed price)
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
+ Willingness to travel as required.
