The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial decisions and supporting business growth initiatives. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Business Decision Support** + Provide strategic inputs and contribute to decisions on growth and profit strategies. + Track and evaluate New Product Introductions (NPI). + Follow up on the delivery of strategic initiatives and suggest adjustments as needed. + Conduct investment evaluation and manage the portfolio, including new business development (NBD) and divestiture activities. **Financial Management** + Support the development of Business Plans/Updates. + Conduct monthly performance review calls with Global and Cluster teams for franchises/business units. + Manage and control regional marketing expenditures. + Identify risks and opportunities and monitor progress to ensure financial commitments are met. **Long Range Planning** + Serve as the finance lead, partnering with Global Business Insights to drive long-term strategic planning. **Financial and Business Analytics** + Provide trending and graphical insights to inform decision-making. + Conduct multi-dimensional simulation and scenario analytics, including trends, competitive intelligence, and internal insights. + Analyze product and channel profitability. **Other Responsibilities** + Provide project support, including financial modeling and SKU rationalization. + Perform other ad-hoc activities, including data gathering as required. **Qualifications and Experience:** + Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position with relevant experience and a proven track record. + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA preferred. **Competency Requirements:** + Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in supporting key decision-making to deliver business results. + Ability to foster collaboration among teams with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a charismatic and persuasive approach. + Capacity to influence within a matrixed environment, collaborating with country, regional, and global cross-functional partners. + Aptitude for leading the development of strategies and business plans that drive value, adjusting goals as circumstances change. + Demonstrated understanding of GAAP. + Experience in coordinating and performing complex planning for the region, particularly long-range strategic planning. + Strong business analytics capabilities. **Applications close 9 May 2025**
