Mission of the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and analytically minded Finance Business Partner to act as a strategic financial advisor and auditor to the regional operations and manufacturing teams, enabling cost visibility, performance improvement, and long-term planning through proactive financial leadership and business partnering. You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, implement insights, and drive financial value through improved visibility and business partnership.
Key Objectives of this Role:
• Operational Performance Management:
o Lead financial impact on manufacturing related costs.
o Align financial metrics to operations KPIs to drive accountability and savings.
o Identify risks and opportunities within plant performance data.
o Develop clear, actionable dashboards and financial reports.
o Translate complex data into recommendations that support decision-making.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning:
o Drive the annual planning process for conversion and operational costs.
o Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful variance bridges and rolling forecasts.
o Support cost-to-serve and make-vs-buy analysis.
• Business Partnering & Leadership:
o Engage with plant leaders to embed finance in operations strategy.
o Support investment decisions with financial modeling and business cases.
o Serve as a finance lead in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
o Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment on manufacturing cost goals.
o Facilitate structured decision-making and issue resolution.
o Actively influence operational and sourcing decisions with financial insight.
• Standardization & Best Practice Sharing
o Coordinate with plant controllers to harmonize reporting and cost analysis methodologies.
o Lead efforts to standardize operational dashboards and tools across regions.

• Year-over-year improvement in Manufacturing Cost (%)
• Budget and Forecast accuracy

Key Year One Deliverables:
• Establish regional manufacturing cost reporting structure and governance
• Implement performance dashboards and tracking tools for stakeholders
• Support key cost improvement programs with financial rigor
• Deliver cost transparency at plant and regional level
• Standardize manufacturing cost reporting
• Complete financial support for capex and restructuring cases
• Deliver accurate forecasts and cost bridges for manufacturing cost performance
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
o 8+ years of experience in manufacturing plant finance management, Operations in FP&A or manufacturing roles.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, cost structures, and continuous improvement
Strong financial modeling and business case development.
Experience with ERP systems and costing tools.
