Key Responsibilities:
+ Operational Leadership: Lead Workplace Experience teams and programs, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
+ Financial Management: Prepare strategic plans and annual budgets, and meet financial goals.
+ Staff Development and Training: Recruit, select, and develop high-performing teams, implementing training and development programs.
+ Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management functions, including maintenance, repairs, and space planning.
+ Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
+ Client and Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and improving satisfaction.
Requirements:
+ Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry or corporate real estate environment, preferably as a General Manager of luxury properties.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
