Regional Facilities Manager - Miami, FL

Lead a dynamic facilities operation from vibrant Miami, FL, as you oversee a national portfolio of 12 premium office spaces totaling 200,000 sq. ft. In this influential leadership role, you'll guide a team of three Facilities Managers while serving as the trusted client ambassador. Leverage your expertise to shape exceptional workplace experiences, drive strategic improvements, and make a tangible impact across multiple markets. This high-visibility position offers the perfect blend of operational leadership, client partnership, and professional growth in one of America's most desirable cities.

Here is some of what you will do as a Regional FM:
Client Relationship Management 

Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction as measured through KPIs and satisfaction surveysEnsure effective integration of PDS, RPM, and IFM Operations across all sites to deliver seamless service and foster a one-team mentalityDrive superior performance through excellent people managementDevelop relationships with peers across regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of initiatives and practicesServe as an IFM subject matter expert, presenting innovative ideas to enhance customer experienceDrive annual planning to deliver exceptional results that surpass client expectations. Establish best-in-class service delivery standards that can be leveraged for JLL business expansion. 

Financial Stewardship 

Contribute to portfolio financial management, meeting or exceeding defined budgets and applicable targets. Collaborate with the Finance team on annual property budget processes. Continuously review operating expenses, implementing cost-saving measures aligned with asset management objectives. Prepare and present business cases for client consideration and approval within designated areas of responsibility. 

 People Management and Development 

Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering motivation, engagement, and personal development. Advance JLL's diversity and inclusion priorities through strategic talent management. Develop and execute comprehensive staff succession and growth plans. Create actionable, measurable career development plans for each direct report, maintaining consistent progress discussions. 

Compliance

Achieve contractual requirements and annual account goals, including work order management metrics and all contractual CPI/KPI targetsUtilize CMMS tools effectively to drive optimal decisions and recommend process/tool improvements

Here is who we are looking for:

10+ years of experience managing multilocation facilities, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in high-touch, service environments. Strong soft skills, high emotional intelligence & ability to operate efficiently in ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.Advanced knowledge of Workplace Experiences and Facilities Management industry best practices. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and digital tools. Comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, project management, and real estate finance fundamentals. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operating plans, leveraging industry best practices and maintaining rigorous performance standards. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix organizational structure.Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to gather data, assess situations, and swiftly develop and execute solutions. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergency response

Pay $150,000-160,000 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary
