This position requires an individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, where no detail is too small in order to maintain all Client facilities at the highest standard; one that will manage and promote a high level of customer service; partners with the client’s Corporate Real Estate team; fosters and maintains relationships with the client’s Executive Leadership and all associated service providers.
The individual we are seeking will be play an instrumental part in building and maintaining a transparent partnership and exceptional customer service experience. The role will manage and coordinate account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction concerns. Supervise reception staff to ensure consistent Service delivery and maintain all facilities and grounds in alignment with the client’s global standards, professional brand image and in compliance with applicable local laws, rules and regulations for effective reporting and service.
Work collaboratively within the facility team to deliver integrated facility management services across all business linesManage, supports, and provides guidance to an existing facility support teams.Mentors, develops, and coaches direct reports to improve leadership strength and assist in achieving career growthAssure vendors meet or exceed client’s satisfaction with client’s requests within scope of services and CMMS request.Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.Provide support, guidance, and evaluation of the development of expense and capital budgets to include variance reporting and forecasting reviews.Support the Account Director in the implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives for the client.Manage the day to day facility Services in the France officeRemote Manage remaining Sites across his PortfolioAssist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan within the area.Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the account lead and/or client leadership.Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client.Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors.Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards and client’s standard processes.Must be able to work irregular hours and/or weekendsWillingness to travel for site visits or as needed; to include some overnight travel within assigned region.All other duties and tasks assigned.Critical competencies for success –
Experience managing and supporting high profile facilities to include commercial buildings, warehouses and manufacturing.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management.8+ years of experience in facilities or property management with a third-party provider, corporation or as a consultantKnowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systemsFleunt French speaker with solid knowledge of EnglishSupervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends, when necessaryStrong Accounting and budgeting/forecasting experienceStrong organizational and management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to forge and maintain robust working relationshipsLocation:
