Regional Facilities Manager
What this job involves: As our Facilities Manager, you will ensure the effectiveness of infrastructure/facilities operations and excellence in service management in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Chile. You will be the main point of contact for local teams, coordinating efforts to maintain high-level facility standards at each location.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Regional Facilities Manager
Location: Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa
Work schedule: Monday to Fridat from 9 am to 6 pm
Work model: On site
What is your day to day?
Manage the provision of building maintenance and operation services, such as cleaning, access control, food service, reception, waste management, gardening and landscaping, shipping, transportation, room reservations, and occupancy, etc.Ensure high-quality facilities services delivery at each location, adhering to company policies and contractual scopes.Manage projects, risks, work scope, and budget.Pursue operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and return on investment.Identify improvement opportunities and seek innovative solutions to problems.Collaborate on preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability across all locations.Ensure operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of the contract scope.Participate in the preparation of the operation's budget and forecast.Control anticipated costs and expenses, evaluate achieved results.Coordinate with local teams to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement and monitor risk management procedures across all locations.Promote a collaborative work environment across borders.Train and develop employees to reach their full potential, proactively dealing directly and quickly with performance issues and contributing to everyone's success.Prepare regular reports on performance, budget adherence, and key initiatives.Maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders across all locations.Act as a single point of contact with the client.Desired experience and technical skills
Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.Solid knowledge in facilities management with multi-site responsibilities.Strong understanding of international facilities operations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different cultures.Experience in people managementAdvanced EnglishLocation:
