This position pays between $120,000 to $130,000 plus bonus potential

Delivers oversight and guidance to the region on all matters related to safety. Requires in-depth knowledge of local safety regulations as they apply to manufacturing and warehouse settings.Partners with Regional Business Leaders to identify, prioritize and manage safety risks.Utilizes experience and safety technical expertise to assist co-workers at all organizational levels with ad hoc problem-solving and issue resolutionOpen and honest dialogue with co-workers at all organizational levels to encourage a positive safety culture and establish a proactive approach of bring forward issues, concerns and suggestionsConducts safely audits and inspections to monitor safety performance and compliance with standards. Prepares and maintains necessary documentation and reportsProvides and/or coordinates safety trainingEnsures regulatory reports are completed and submitted in an accurate and timely fashionOversees incident investigations and partners with cross-functional team members to manage post-incident processCollaborates with functional safety team to develop and continuously improve company safety policies, procedures and training programs
