**BEAUTY EDUCATION MANAGER**
**EDUCATION/TRAINING/SALES/MARKETING – TORONTO**

The Beauty Education Manager role acts as a critical bridge between Education, Marketing, Sales with a mission to drive sell-out, ignite brand advocacy and deliver standout experiences both consumers and Beauty Advisors.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As our Beauty Education Manager, you are responsible for Inspiring, Activating and Energizing all who represent our brands on the front line.
**Your main focus:**
+ **Cross-functional collaboration**
+ Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Education teams to align training initiatives with commercial strategies.
+ Translate global marketing campaigns and product launches into locally relevant, engaging education programs.
+ Support go-to-market strategies by ensuring the field teams are educated, confident, and passionate about new innovations.
+ **Retail Engagement & Field Activation**
+ Develop and lead impactful in-store education sessions that build confidence and storytelling capabilities in Beauty Advisors.
+ Regularly visit top stores to coach on-the-floor, identify training gaps, and create action plans for improvement.
+ Be the **voice of retail** in HQ -bring insights from the field to inform training tools, marketing programs, and product support.
+ **Creativity and Brand Expression**
+ Create best-in-class education content that is innovative, interactive, and aligned with brand DNA.
+ Lead creative initiatives that bring the brand to life in unexpected ways - think beyond traditional training.
+ Champion experiential learning that fosters deep product knowledge and emotional brand connection.
+ **Consumer and Brand Advocacy**
+ Elevate consumer experience by training retail teams to deliver personalized, engaging, and memorable interactions.
+ Cultivate a strong network of brand ambassadors through tailored coaching and mentorship.
+ Foster a culture of pride and ownership among store teams.
+ **Eventing and Local Partnerships**
+ Partner with local influencers, wellness studios, beauty schools, or spaces (like “sweat shops”) to amplify brand visibility and build community.
+ Innovate localized education events that merge beauty, wellness, and lifestyle - positioning the brand as both aspirational and approachable.
+ Support sell-out through buzz-building event strategies that inspire trial and conversion.

The team consists of the Beauty Education Managerworking closely together with several departments such as Marketing and Sales.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We’d love to see candidates who have:
**Essential:**
+ 5+ years of experience in Beauty Education, Training or Field Sales
+ Passion for beauty, retail and consumer experience
+ Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
+ Strong project management skills
+ Ability to think creatively and strategically
+ Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficient in creating training content (PowerPoint, e-learning, video, etc.)
+ Willingness to travel regionally/nationally as needed (vehicle required)
