As our Regional eCommerce Manager MEA, you are responsible for growth, strategy, and performance.
You will lead Coty’s eCommerce agenda across the Middle East and Africa by building data-driven Joint Business Plans and scaling our online footprint across key platforms. You’ll manage retailer partnerships, lead commercial negotiations, optimize assortment and promotional strategies, and unlock new business opportunities in a dynamic and competitive market.

Grow key online partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with leading e-retailers and platforms in MEA Organize and lead top-to-top (T2T) meetings, aligning on strategic and tactical plans Negotiate win-win Joint Business Plans that drive growth for Coty and its partners Champion Coty’s presence across eCommerce channels, ensuring premium brand visibilityLead data-driven commercial planning
Utilize traffic and sales data to reverse-engineer performance and optimize strategy Analyze promotional effectiveness and create impactful campaign plans Monitor campaign performance and adjust in real-time to maximize ROI Drive efficiency through effective trade term enforcement and budget allocationExpand Coty’s eCommerce footprint
Identify and onboard new eCommerce platforms in MEA Conduct regular market scans to evaluate emerging trends and competitor strategies Explore underdeveloped markets or segments for scalable opportunities Develop tailored market-entry strategies for new platform growthOptimize digital execution and performance
Own the Platform Master Plan and campaign calendar Forecast and track key performance indicators including revenue, traffic, and event ROI Ensure consistent, flawless execution of campaigns and brand activations Partner with internal teams to align on stock availability, creative assets, and go-to-market timelinesEnable cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Trade, Demand Planning, Finance, and Customer Service teams Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timeliness Share insights and best practices across the region to raise Coty’s eCommerce maturity Represent MEA in global or regional forums, sharing market-specific learningsWorking for Coty means creating beauty that lasts, in a culture driven by fearless kindness, innovation, and inclusion. The team consists of a MEA eCommerce team including eCommerce Key Account Managers, and you will work closely with departments such as Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to turn insights into action and ideas into results. As an experienced eCommerce professional, you bring both strategic thinking and operational execution to the table, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have a minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience, ideally in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle. Arabic speaking is a must Bring a proven track record in the MEA region with hands-on experience in the Egyptian market Are data-savvy and analytical, using tools and insights to drive your business decisions Possess strong commercial acumen and know how to build persuasive business cases Thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects and delivering against KPIsABOUT COTY
