Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee our Patient Experience department.
This person will be responsible for all six hospitals within the region including:
St. Mary Medical Center - Langhorne, PA
Nazareth Hospital - Northeast Philadelphia
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital - Darby, PA
Saint Francis Hospital - Wilmington, DE
Holy Cross Hospital - Silver Spring, MD
Holy Cross Germantown - Germantown, MD
The Regional Director will have oversight responsibility including coordination, reporting and budgeting, of enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance the patient experience. This position will work with every component of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Region to organize, manage, and communicate focused organizational goals and initiatives to ensure a consistent, positive patient experience throughout the Region. Responsible for Patient Experience activities' alignment with Trinity Health Patient Experience standards. Serves as an active member of the Regional and local health ministry leadership teams with the principal goal of providing services for patients across the Region which meet Trinity Health Patient Experience standards. Develops and monitors Patient Experience processes to ensure alignment with Trinity Health values and regional culture. Serves as the key contact with Trinity Health to align Patient Experience vendors and processes. Leads a team of resources to support Patient Experience services for the Region in partnership with operational leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Master's Degree highly preferred
At least 5-10 years' experience in Patient Experience or similar field required
At least 3-5 years' leadership experience required
