This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing CALA you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's \"commercial engine\" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Regional Sales and Marketing team reporting to Sr Regional Director of Sales, you will work on projects including Demand Generation, Talent Development, Hotels opening and Topline performance accountability.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Lead and support the Hotel's Directors of Sales and Marketing in revenue generation, market share gain, market position, and gaining international market share.Support the assigned group of hotels in the development, implementation, and achievement of their annual business and market plan objectives.Work with hotels in capitalizing on Hilton Sales & Marketing programs with a large emphasis on engaging Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), Hilton's CALA leadership team, and partner lead sources for maximum exposure of the hotels.Develop the planning and coordination with Revenue Management for overall market mix, with a special focus on group and leisure business.Support the solicitation efforts of the sales staff through effective oral and written communication while providing a strategic direction of rate, date, and space commitments for group room sales of the property, to include annual planning for targeted growth by segment.Prepare presentations for owners and partners of the portfolio of hotels that provide insight into performance, strategic plans, and tactical execution.Be a business leader by generating connectivity with the Regional Trade Bureaus, and key organizations in the market capable to support the Hotel's portfolio positioning.Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and network and lead the strategy to third parties in main markets such as: USA, Canada, CALA, and Europe.How you will collaborate with others:
Demand generation activities, special projects, coaching, training, reporting.What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Attend executive meetings at each property as required.Balance time effectively between hotels and divisional responsibilities as needed. Participate and prepare commercial briefings for Asset Management and Owners meetings.Provide coordination of joint initiatives and other hotel/brand alignments to increase exposure and profitability.Provide strategic revenue management plans within the hotel to include rate development, the establishment of group thresholds, space utilization policy, deployment strategies through the review of competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management.Activate Hotels and support initiatives to gain share within the Luxury Distribution Channels. Connect, network, and support relationship-building with Luxury Consortia, business transient, wholesale and group partners.Provide direction and directives to the departmental team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities, and achieving management objectives. Develop training guidelines and support systems so that teams can improve performance.Participate in annual forecast, budget, and market plan preparation process.Supervise and evaluate the consolidation or complexing of sales and marketing operations; translate organizational goals and objectives into performance standards for the division, departments, and individual positions.Participate in the sales process via customer meetings, entertainment, and attendance at client and other relevant industry events such as industry tradeshows.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

Five (5) years of experience in Regional Director Sales / Above property positionFour (4) years of management experience at hotel levelExperience working with Luxury properties and resortsExperience working in CALA regionTravel up to 75% of timeBilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken proficiency)Located in Miami, FL or Mexico City, MXIt would be useful if you have:
