The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing a team which:

Implements market research activities and customer feedback surveys to understand customer perceptions associated with unit landscapeIdentifies opportunities for growth through new product innovations and placementDevelops and implements regional multi-channel advertisingDevelops product promotion plans to drive continued growthDevelops partnerships that strengthen public relations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with Marketing concentration5+ years of Marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant operationExperience working with traditional and online advertising, market research firms, and public relationsExperience negotiating contracts, developing implementing new marketing initiatives, and assessing impactsRecord of success in improving awareness and conversion in target market segments.
