**What You'll Do at Pega:**
As the Regional Director for Consulting in the South & West region, you will:
+ Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of professional services sales and delivery experts. Deeply care for the personal and professional development of your team.
+ Develop and execute the strategic vision for the region, aligning with company goals and client needs. Drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
+ Own focus on client health, bookings, revenue, and utilization as central KPIs.
+ Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within our Fortune 500 client base.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance client adoption and expansion.
+ Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, analytics and competitive landscapes.

**Who You Are:**
You are a proven Professional Services Leader dedicated to the continuous development of high-performing teams. Working in a cross-functional internal environment, you're experienced in delivering complex software solutions while being part of the bigger story around customer success, adoption and commercialization.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
+ A minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in Professional Services and Delivery.
+ At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Enterprise/Platform software space. Prior experience in engagement management, project delivery, or practice leadership is expected.
+ Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Culturally aware with strong virtual leadership abilities. A role-model for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
+ Proven experience in revenue growth and client relationship management. Quick to build rapport and resolve customer escalations.
+ Ability to juggle conflicting workloads, pivoting between tactical and strategic priorities. Willingness to roll your sleeves up and coach your team, clients or partners.
+ A strategic mindset and track record of achieving business objectives.
+ A bachelor's degree in a related field (master's preferred).
+ Willingness to travel as needed.
