Sales and Revenue Growth

Recruit, develop, and retain successful 1099 distributors for a specified regionTrain 1099 distributors while continuously refining and developing training content to maximize achievement of revenue goalsEvaluate 1099 effectiveness and engagement through consistent communication and reporting.Generate contractual opportunities with key stakeholders at designated IDNsProvide support on business deals, ensuring alignment with ETS’s focused strategy, goals and profitability

Partnership and Relationship Management

Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders at designated IDNsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies

Market Analysis and Strategy Development

Conduct focused market research to identify new business opportunities/geographies and emerging trends in the skin substitute industry for the purpose of hiring new 1099 distributorsDevelop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targetsAnalyze competitor offerings and market conditions to inform strategic decisions

Product Knowledge and Promotion

Develop a deep understanding of ETS' wound care products and their value proposition Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate and engage IDN stakeholders and 1099 partnersProvide feedback to senior leadership based on customer insights and market needsUse only approved corportate literature, scientific data and presentations when interacting with customers and potential customers.Immediately forward customer feedback that may indicate a problem with any ETS product to Quality. Perform activities according to applicable company QMS procedures. 

Reporting and Forecasting

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activitiesPrepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement for 1099 partners and IDN targets

Your Profile:
