Regional Digital Marketing Leader
As an outstanding leader and digital marketer, you will be a key member of the Marsh McLennan Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and the digital marketing lead for your assigned region. Leading and coaching a team of digital marketers, you will play a critical role in delivering our global digital marketing strategy and ensuring effective execution across regions and countries. As a member of the regional marketing leadership group, you will partner with the broader marketing and communications team and business stakeholders on online governance and performance to drive a globally aligned, consistent user experience, effective localization, best-in-class processes, and martech ROI through strong adoption.
You will bring a combination of proven strategic and executional ability, strong communication skills, and the capacity to advise senior leaders and stakeholders. This role provides structure to unstructured situations, leading discussions at multiple levels of the organization to facilitate understanding, support, and forward action.
As an experienced, data-driven digital leader, you will be well-versed in online strategy, user experience design, content strategy, web/mobile/app analytics, multi-channel digital acquisition marketing, SEO/SEM, strategic partnerships, and more. Passionate about advancing digital marketing into new spaces, you will stay at the forefront of martech and wider capabilities, including AI technologies.

Lead and execute the regional digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing local requirements through data-driven insights and best practices.Partner with regional teams to optimize search, email, paid media, and web performance, driving lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.Coach and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers, fostering capabilities and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of digital initiatives.Drive the adoption of new digital projects, tools, and processes to enhance digital presence and client engagement.Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to advise on digital strategies, performance metrics, and innovative solutions, including emerging martech and AI technologies.What you need to have:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven strategic and executional abilities, including expertise across the buyer journey, personalization, and best-in-class tactics.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across multiple levels, including senior executives.Deep knowledge of digital channels, analytics, A/B testing, and emerging technologies that improve digital performance.Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex, matrixed environment.Relevant certifications in agile, analytics, or digital delivery, along with fluency in English and local language communication skills.What makes you stand out:
