Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Regional Digital & IT Operations Leader for one of our largest manufacturing clients to sit out of their Erie, PA, facility. This individual will be overseeing 3 sites (Erie, Cambridge Springs, & Saegertown), primarily responsible for evaluating the business operations and understanding where the Division can improve within manufacturing, machine connectivity, automation, etc. by implementing IT actions. They will be interacting heavily with business partners (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service), attending business planning sessions to understand high-level priorities, and will essentially be serving as the business operations IT owner to understand how, and which, IT systems can solve business issues. The Operations Leader will be consistently bringing ideas to the forefront to ensure that the Division is being productive and continuously improving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to influence team members based on corporate initiatives, and a strong passion for coaching and leading.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in IT operations working within manufacturing environments.
Understanding of ERP and other Manufacturing IT Systems (Enovia, TCIP, SAP, CAD, CMMC, Operational Technology, etc.)
Familiar with implementing process improvements on the shop floor.
Familiarity with any service desk ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow).
Basic project management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and controls.
Previous lead/managerial experience.
