A day in the life.

As our Regional Cyber & Technology E&O Director on the Business Insurance team, you’ll provide strategic direction for MMA-UMW’s Cyber and Errors & Omissions placements and lead delivery of Cyber and Technology E&O resources to the region. You’ll participate on the national Cyber Center of Excellence (COE), play a critical role in agency retention efforts and provide technical expertise to employees in the Management Liability practice. Partners with operations and sales leaders to continually enhance client experience.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years insurance experience including strong knowledge of Management Liability lines

Strong business acumen and the ability to lead others

Detailed with excellent organizational, project planning and management skills

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Prior success in managing change in a fast-paced environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $116,500 to $216,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
