The Regional Customer Service Manager is a critical linkage point between external and internal customers, enabling JM’s strategy of Focus, Simplify and Execute.The position is responsible for leading, training and developing a customer service team across a number of international sites. The Customer Service function is responsible for a wide range of customer facing activities including; validating short term customer requirements, supporting demand planning for S&OE and S&OP, order promising, Price Administration and Invoicing.

Your responsibilities:Manage, develop and train Customer Service Representatives to ensure the highest level of customer support, including, but not limited to, demand management, price administration and billings being processed both timely and accurately.Escalating Canner schedule volatility to all internal/external stakeholder while interacting closely with Sales Operations and Supply Chain.Provide support for all samples, internal/external customer accounts, and financial reporting.Ability to effectively troubleshoot transactional errors in JDE and SAP.Oversee and manage SAP customer service work processes for Clean Air and recommend methods for incorporating improved or new systems.Oversee and monitor integrity of all customer precious metal accounts and ensure accuracy in metal transactions and customer balances.Assist Accounting Department with Accounts Receivables application/collections as needed.Support and exemplify the Johnson Matthey values

Requirements for the role:Demonstrated experience in effective leadership, with ability to coach, develop and engage individuals and teams.  Instill a culture of accountability and effective leadership of change.Proficiency in SAPManagerial/Customer Service in manufacturing environment preferredDemonstrated ability in developing and improving work processes
