About Bosch Hydrogen Technologies
With the Hybrion Electrolyser (ELY) Stack, Bosch deliver the heart of our customers’ hydrogen production. Our many years of experience in industrialization and automation are incorporated into the production of the stacks, of course, with the excellent Bosch quality customers expect.
Our goal is to provide a scalable solution for global hydrogen generation. With our advanced electrolysis technology and accompanying services, we pave the way for a future-proof energy system that reduces CO2 emissions – thus protecting the world for both present and future generations. The Hybrion Stack produces 23 kg of hydrogen per hour at an output pressure of over 30 bar. This is equivalent to a power input of up to 1.25 megawatts.
Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for achievement of overall regional UK&I annual Target Business Plan incl. indirect sales via system partners located outside the UK&IDefining & executing regional sales strategy to further develop and expand ELY business in alignment with global customer and product strategySet up, expand, and develop relationships at all customer levels and within the Bosch regional organisation while being highly visible accessible, and accountable to customers, sales team, and cross-functional areas.Market screening, identification and acquisition (support) of green hydrogen projects and public funding opportunities. In doing so, you will ensure compliance with our corporate objectives regarding budgets, quality, risk, results, and scheduling.Successful Bosch internal stakeholder management by creating, coordinating, presenting, communicating, and ultimately leading/supporting high-quality bids for hydrogen projects using our Bosch electrolysis stacks for international customers through to successful contract signing.Collecting constant feedback from customers and internal teams to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of bids and the entire process.Regional responsibility for marketing of ELY business in close alignment with central marketing teamRegional representative of ELY business towards public & governmental authorities and stand in, together with regional external affairs functions, for Bosch’s perspective in topics of regulatory framework and public fundingQualificationsRequired skills (essential):
Extensive experience in the energy sector with a network of contacts across UK&IDeep understanding of the hydrogen value chain8+ years of sales/business development experience with proven resultsUndergraduate degree in business, energy or related subjectAbility to collaborate cross-regionally with system partners located outside the UK&IPositive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyRequired skills (desired):
