Regional Factory planning Capability Excellence senior manager is part of the Regional Centre of Excellence team. We are looking for individuals who will support us in the implementation of a new operating model and will ensure its sustainability in the long term while implementing industry’s best practices into the daily life of planners across Reckitt. A successful candidate will secure best process and system usage in all Americas region. **Your responsibilities** + Collaborate with factories, schedulers, material planners and logistics, providing best practices, process and technical guidance, training, coaching + Continuous Improvement of Production Scheduling and Material Scheduling process, identifying opportunities and driving real improvement changes. Ccollaborating with IT developers, to ease everyday life of end-users. + Engage with cross-functional teams to align planning processes ranging from materials management, production planning, RCCP, inventory management to demand planning, projects delivery + Establishing SOPs in alignment with Regional Senior Leadership direction; Executing the implementation of the SOPs within the region and measure its adoption while governing process exceptions based on business needs + Become a business representative in the process of defining priorities for system and process enhancements by collecting needs, assessing business cases and supporting the implementation + Be a reliable business partner helping Region to achieve the service, inventory and project waste KPIs by monitoring process adherence and advising on how to improve + Present to leadership team program progress and address with the correct stakeholders the related action plans to secure high process maturity. **The experience we're looking for** + + 5 years in Supply and factory planning with leadership roles. + Experience in transformation programs and understanding of ERP, supply & scheduling planning software(SAP ECC/APO/PPDS, OMP, Kinaxis RapidResponse/Mastero, Blue Yonder, JDE)Nice to have APICS certificate + Fluent spoken & written English + Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for development; ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers. + Solid knowledge of supply/demand/project planning operations within a regional/global scope, with operational experience overseeing multiple sites/markets. + Strong analytical skills explaining complex issues/datasets + propose solutions + Ability to challenge constructively and confidently + Good understanding of demand, supply and production planning processes and their challenges **The skills for success** Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, Business acumen, Productivity management, Logistics management, Project management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Manufacturing excellence, Ecommerce, Demand planning. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
