Description We are looking for an experienced Regional Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting across our organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in both public and private accounting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Based in Miami, Florida, this position focuses on financial consolidations, compliance, and cost accounting within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: • Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee manufacturing cost accounting activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Consolidate financial statements across multiple entities in compliance with GAAP standards. • Monitor and enforce adherence to GAAP principles and internal financial policies. • Utilize Microsoft SCCM to support financial data management and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and controls. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required. • Extensive experience in both public and private accounting roles. • Strong expertise in GAAP accounting and financial consolidations. • Proficiency in manufacturing cost accounting processes. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM or similar financial tools. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
