Kforce has a client that is seeking a Regional Controller in Wilmington, DE. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the regional month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the region * Provide financial analysis and strategic insight to regional leadership to drive business performance * Ensure compliance with applicable local, regional, and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) * Coordinate and support internal and external audits * Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures * Partner with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with global standards * Manage and develop a regional finance team, including accountants, analysts, and finance managers * Monitor regional cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure * Support tax planning and compliance activities in coordination with tax advisors and corporate tax * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, HR, legal) to support overall business objectives
