Bring your skills and experience as the Regional Contracts Manager, where you will be an individual contributor responsible for performing proposal and significant contract admin tasks including review of RFIs/RFPs, prepare Estimate Requests, proposals, work authorization, customer correspondence, coordinate with internal/external customers; conduct negotiations and writing/review/closeout of contract documents. You will interface heavily with leaders in the commercial business organization.This position will support the Africa and Middle East region.

What you’ll be doing as a Regional Contracts Manager:

Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs)/Requests for Proposal (RFPs)/Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Estimate Requests (ERs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal and external customers.Coordinate basic proposal preparation, assists with internal documentation for gate approvals as required, and obtain management approval for submission to the customer.Develop basic proposal and contract strategy to include risk mitigation and responsibility as the primary point of contact for the review of terms and conditions of contract/requirement documents for compliance.Support basic negotiations ensuring customer needs are satisfied while meeting Bell business and financial objectivesAssist in basic contract administration from contract award to contract closeout as well as manage special assignments and projects within Contracts.Coordinate with and influence personnel in multiple functions, Integrated Program Teams (IPTs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and at a variety of levels to ensure effective and efficient compliance with contractual and customer requirements.Adapt and improve business processes/practices to meet company goals and satisfy customer needs.Demonstrate exceptional customer relationship management skills as serve as primary liaison between external customer and Bell for contractual matters.Responsible for regional contract administration and contractual requirements during air shows involving interaction with management of other functional departments, affiliates, and the customer as necessary.Coordinate all actions and processes required for contract development, completions, and deliveries as well as maintain and disseminate aircraft allocation information.

Skills You Bring To this Role:

Hands-on experience with group projects involving; proposal preparation, direct customer interaction, compliance management, or negotiations.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with customers and representatives from other Bell departments.Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize a variety of assignments.Proficiency in all MS office suite products.Ability to prepare and give presentations to executive-level management.Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.2 years combined experience in Contracts, Finance, Pricing, Legal, or Procurement Contracts.Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), international acquisition regulations and processes, and commercial agreements is preferred.Must have passport; Position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
