**Regional Contracts Manager**
Bring your skills and experience as a highly motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Contracts Manager\. In this individual contributor role, you will play a critical part in supporting Bell's Commercial Business by managing the drafting, negotiation, and execution of proposals and contracts related to our commercial products\. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Bell's success in the global marketplace while working alongside industry leaders and decision\-makers\.
**What You'll be Doing as a Regional Contracts Manager**
Coordinate responses to Requests for Information \(RFIs\), Rough Order of Magnitude \(ROMs\), Requests for Proposal \(RFPs\), Statements of Work \(SOWs\), and Requests for Quotation \(RFQs\) with internal and external stakeholders\.Review and prepare Estimate Requests \(ERs\) for pricing and proposal development\.Manage proposal preparation, including internal documentation for gate reviews and approvals, ensuring all submissions meet customer and company standards\.Collaborate with leaders in the Commercial Business organization and interface with Bell's Senior Executive Leadership Team as needed\.Review contractual terms and conditions for compliance with internal policies and assist in developing proposal strategies to mitigate risk\.Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations with commercial customers, balancing customer needs with Bell's business and financial objectives\.Oversee contract administration from award to delivery, including notifications, kickoff coordination, change management, performance monitoring, and final delivery documentation\.Utilize Bell's information management systems to generate reports, track metrics, manage correspondence, and maintain contract documentation\.Lead special projects and assignments, adapt and improve business processes to align with company goals and customer expectations\.Coordinate with and influence personnel across multiple functions to ensure compliance with contractual and customer requirements\.Serve as the primary liaison between Bell and external customers, demonstrating exceptional customer relationship management skills\.

**Skills You Bring to This Role**
Attention to detail as well as exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills\.Familiarity with commercial contracting processes and experience in contract management, proposal development, and negotiation within a commercial business environment is preferred\.Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and levels of leadership\.Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize a variety of assignments\.Proficiency in managing complex contracts and adapting business processes to meet evolving needs\.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\.
**What You Need to be Successful**
2 years combined experience in contracts, finance, accounting, legal, program management, supply chain, sales, marketing, and/or another relevant field\.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, management, marketing, accounting, business administration, supply chain, or other related field\.Familiarity with commercial contracts and agreements, Uniform Commercial Code \(UCC\), and international acquisition regulations and processes preferred\.Experience with contract management software such as Conga/Apttus, Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\) software such as Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign is preferred\.
