The Role\: Regional Contract Manager
What will you do?
· Manage leads below $25,000, including SP Services (Channel and Proximity), Digital Services contracts, and One Services portfolio.
· The position is responsible for making an average of 150 phone calls a week into expired opportunities in order to increase company’s renewal of sales and capture rates leading to increase in non-concurrent revenue.
· Serve as a backup for the NAM ISSR functions, including providing support for incident management, ensuring continuity of operations during high-demand periods, assisting with data analysis and reporting, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to maintain service standards.
· The position has a crucial role in the company’s marketing strategy and in promoting company’s product lines and service offering.
· Actively engage with our valued customers and collaborate effectively with our non-service partners to foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
· The outcome of this role is to increase our NAM Renewal and Capture Rate and increase non-concurrent revenue in NAM.
· Responsibilities include assignments from both local managers and North American Managers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
· There are no travel demands for this job and the role requires an ISSR work at least a 40 hour work week.
