We are seeking a Regional Construction Services Manager to lead and manage construction services operations across Florida and potentially other states as we continue to grow. This individual will be responsible for overseeing field inspection teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CEI, leadership, and a client-focused mindset.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nManage and mentor staff, including providing technical guidance, training, and support to field staff.\nEnsure staffing resources align with needs and timelines.\nOversee daily construction inspection operations and ensure work meets contract documents and specifications.\nImplement and enforce quality control measures.\nMonitor schedules, budgets, and progress reports.\nServe as the primary point of contact for key clients in the region.\nCultivate and maintain long-term client relationships with FDOT, municipalities, and private sector clients.\nLead or support proposal development and project pursuits.\nEnsure construction practices meet state and federal regulations.\nPromote and enforce safety protocols across all projects.\nIdentify growth opportunities in the regional market.\nParticipate in strategic planning and marketing efforts.\nAttend industry events and maintain a presence within professional organizations.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months).\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction services, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.\nExperience working with FDOT projects and procedures strongly preferred.\nProven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\nProficient in construction management software and documentation tools.\nAbility to travel throughout the state of Florida as well as other southern states.\n\n
