The Role & What You Will Be Doing
An internship with the European Communications team at Viatris offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our objective of advancing access to medicines, in a context where every year we serve 1 billion patients across the globe. Here's how you can make a difference:
Support the Spanish Communications lead, on internal and external communications projects.
Support Europe and International Communications, on key projects.
Collaborate with the team to manage our website and social media platforms.
Assist in content creation and event support.
Help measure the impact of our internal and external communications.
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Regional Communications Trainee role will make an impact:
50% support for country communications:
Update local corporate materials - based on global, regional materials and local needs
Updating local corporate website with stories coming from events and press releases
Support therapeutic area project - eg: World Allergy Week
Localize comms plan for Great Place to Work - internal, external comm
50% support for international communications:
Team site International comm
Collect country corporate materials from across regions
Collect Therapeutic Area materials and best practice from across regions
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Strong interest in Communications, demonstrated through education, previous internships or volunteering
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Result-oriented with a flexible, dynamic "get things done" approach
Highly adaptable, able to reprioritize work as needed
Positive and open mindset
Ability to work independently
Strong desire to learn and develop communications skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
