SUMMARY:
Regional Commercial Sales Manager (RCSM) leads, trains and develops a passionate team of Territory Managers in an assigned area. RCSMs exceeds customer’s expectation by delivering WOW! Customer Service to all AZ Commercial accounts by Living the Pledge everyday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Motivates and leads Territory Sales Managers to enhance productivity level and market products to enhance sales and profits
+ Develops market analysis and action plans for commercial accounts
+ Collaborates with DCSM and Store Operations leadership to execute Zone initiatives and /or specific action plans pertaining to his/her Area
+ Partners with Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire and onboard TSMs, as well as addressing performance management.
+ Develops, maintains, and revises key customer plans
+ Visits commercial accounts and ensures accounts are serviced and deliveries are made as promised
+ Assists the Territory Sales Manager with identifying new opportunities within the market and developing new accounts through contact with potential customers
+ Maintains a safe working environment while ensuring AutoZoners are implementing those practices including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
+ Maintains strong relationships with current and existing Commercial customers while obtaining new business with shop owners in the assigned Area
+ Partners with Territory Managers to analyze market data and create customer development plans that will result in driving profitable Commercial sales
+ Analyzes sales reports and takes appropriate actions
+ Executes sales and marketing plans targeted at National, Regional and local Commercial customers
+ Relentless pursuit of new profitable business and penetration of current accounts
+ Complies with safe driving rules and procedures and ensures all Commercial Zoners have approved driver status
+ Provides feedback regarding AutoZoner performance
+ Addresses commercial customer concerns and resolves them with a goal of turning a complaint into a compliment
REQUIREMENTS:
+ 5 years of business to business sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management preferred
+ Demonstrates high level of integrity, drive and the desire for success
+ Excellent communication, decision making, negotiation, organization and leadership skills
+ Strong understanding of financial statements and financial planning
+ Minimum 50% travel
