Business Contribution As a key member of the APAC marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing Product marketing strategies, new product launch GTM plans, regional pricing and channel marketing (distributor, sales events) strategy for the SEAPAC (India, SEA, ANZ). This is an individual contributor role, and this role will be based in Bangalore, reporting to APAC Marketing Director (in Singapore). What you will do Market Strategy Focus Work closely with APAC marketing director & commercial directors across SEAPAC to develop and implement the regional product market strategy, incl. Go to Market plans, deployment and tracking. Understand local market dynamics, analyze distributor profile, strengths, sales strategy and historical sales trends to build targeted sales promotions plans vs. one size fits all approach. Bottom-up planning with distributors & commercial directors to create and deploy sales promotions and corrective sales measures. Ensure corrective action if sales performance and/or NPD plans are behind target. Analyze market situation and take actions (marketing mix) to gain market share and improve market positioning. Conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarks (e.g. new product launches, marketing events & strategy) and fine tune strategy & tactics. Collaborate with SEAPAC commercial directors, APAC Marketing director & Global Marcom team to shape up annual marketing plan, budget & align on Marcom support to support product launch, GTM & sales growth plans. Sales/Commercial Support Focus Ensure close coordination with Commercial directors and National accounts directors to build a commercial training calendar to support new product trainings for distributor teams. Collaborate with Global & local Marcom and global product teams to provide relevant training material, sales playbooks, catalogues, brochures etc. to commercial teams to ensure success of promotions & New product launches across the region Work closely with commercial directors to ensure & track regional demo stock availability for training. Support regional commercial marketing events planning & execution with commercial teams with Marcom support (e.g. events, trade shows) NPD Commercial Focus Work with commercial directors & global product teams to professionalize the new product introduction process on all defined process steps, including market input and regional introduction plan. Understand the regional new product sales forecast & targets & manage product launch in the region (create launch plan, run launch and evaluate) Work with pricing teams in the region, commercial directors & global product teams in initial product pricing, future price adjustments and repositioning; support for the country (cluster). What makes you an ideal candidate At least 10-12 years of experience in sales or strategic marketing, with a strong background in managing business growth in B2B. APAC regional work experience preferred. Hands-on experience in leading marketing plan development with distributors preferred. Proven track record in managing multiple channel partners/distributors to drive business growth. Proven track record of launching & executing GTM plans for new products and managing existing product portfolio. Sales enablement experience & distributor management experience in ensuring training, alignment & execution of the growth plan. Thorough understanding of product marketing framework & hands-on experience in developing product marketing plans. Experience working with Marcom, Digital marketing teams & managing B2B events strategy. Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking for strategy development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in high-stakes decision-making environments. Exceptional data analytics & presentation capabilities. Experience of working in a highly challenging & complex work environment across SEAPAC/APAC markets. Persuasive communication and active listening skills. Skilled in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships and networks. Willing to travel within the region whenever required.
