Regional Commercial Manager – Infusion Care

We’re looking for a talented Regional Commercial Manager for our Neria Business for the Central European Region. With responsibility for a diverse and mature team of 4 people across Europe, you will play a central role for our Commercial Business in Infusion Care.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building and implementing the Regional strategy aligned with our Global strategy, setting the team up for success and ensuring the delivery of objectives through a high performing team.

• Drive all commercial activities within Infusion Care (IC) in Central Europe (DACH; BNL; DK; CEE).

• Plan and implement successful business plans and enable business growth.

• Define commercial objectives for the Region (Budgets, Targets and Objectives KPI’s, CRM metrics).

• Create a shared vision and strong team ethos and ensure IC Central Europe Region team are fully motivated to succeed

• Develop the team to enable them to communicate both clinical and value-based conversations with clinical and commercial stakeholders.

• Build relationships with key customers, decision makers, distributors and wholesalers to understand end user needs, demand, forecasts and inventory levels.

• Use market insights to support team with account segmentation and prioritisation, collaborating closely with Sales Force Effectivness managers.

• Gather information from KOLs as to how they are using our technologies & feed this information back to marketing and sales colleagues to help develop marketing materials and commercial strategies.

• Work with cross functional Teams to ensure that all aspects of customer issues are addressed and resolved effectively and professionally (Business reviews, pricing adjustments, etc.).

• Collaborate with global sales and marketing colleagues to create clear and concise value propositions.

• Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns with customer and IC marketing.

• Engage with B2B and B2C customers through regular consultations and face to face business meetings.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economic or similar, alternatively an equivalent education combined with relevant experience.

• You are an experienced first line sales manager with demonstrable evidence of leading a team to high levels of performance

• Demonstrable previous sales success at an individual level.

• You are highly motivated, determined with a strong interpersonal skillset and the ability to lead.

• Ability to negotiate and manage through influence.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities according to business and strategic needs.

• A clear drive and focus on what is important and what needs to be done to enable success.

• Profound understanding of/and experience with the medical device industry

• Understanding of National health systems in the Region is highly preferable.

• You have interpersonal skills to enable building trusted relationships with B2B customers.

• Experience in working in a global organization.

• Profound English skills both written and spoken is a requirement.

• You live near our Copenhagen office or our Munich office is a peference.

• We would expect you to be comfortable to be present in an office site on a regular base as well as with up to 30 travel days annualy
