**Position overview:**
You will be supporting our sales teams in terms of building a multi-layered relationship with existing clients at local levels.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ Support to CF in the implementation of tasks related to the reduction of old stocks (SNMI).
+ Monitoring the level of arrears and liaising with Senior Manager regarding improvement actions.
+ Regular visits and contacts with all relevant clients: sales, logistics, marketing, quality etc.
+ Provide local support for the services of all CAs with an appropriate level of BPE services.
+ Support Key Account Directors and Key Account Managers to enable them to achieve strategic objectives with their CAs and to reach relevant KPIs at high levels.
+ Coordinate all commercial issues, CF/CTS (Technical Support Service) /Graphics/ quality related issues, to ensure job execution and business development in accordance with KPIs (so that BPE will be focused on clients and ensure satisfaction of their needs).
+ Conducting price analysis on the market, creating and sending price lists to clients under the supervision of Senior Manager.
+ Building multi-level relationships with strategic and important new clients.
+ Regulation of complaints in accordance with the procedure for regulation of complaints.
+ Collecting and entering the 13-week forecast into the system.
+ Sending general information to clients (market releases and innovations, events, sustainability reports, market information, BPE announcements, invitations, etc.).
+ Creating and sending visit reports to clients if required and approved by Senior Manager/Senior Director/Key Account Manager.
+ Sending offers and contractual communications to customers, which have been confirmed and agreed with Senior Manager/Key Account Manager or Senior Director/Key Account Director.
**What are we looking for?**
+ University degree.
+ Work Experience: at least 2 years in the same or similar positions.
+ Fluency in English.
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
