Regional Claims Manager

About the mahi In this role, you are responsible for leading a team, providing direction, leadership and business expertise. Your Regional Claims Management team provide expertise, support and guidance on a local, regional and national scale to ensure our clients receive consistent, transparent and reliable service. Please note – this is a 12 month fixed term contract. The key responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to: Lead and build a high performing team of individual, building engagement and capability. Provide leadership through a clear vision and consistent direction Offer continuous learning and development initiatives, driving the best use of Aon IT, Aon processes and Best Broking Practices Provide day-to-day people management of your team ensuring, performance is managed, with clear direction and feedback, management of team resourcing i.e recruitment and leave management Provide claims support for the more technical and complex claims, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained/managed. Effectively manage escalations with all key stakeholders as required. Contribute to the development and implementation of national strategies and standards for the management of claim escalation Prepare and deliver claim reports to Regional and Branch Managers and Brokers as required. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have a strong leadership background with experience leading multi-location team members as well as proven industry knowledge.
