Workplace Arrangement:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of National Accounts, the Regional Chains Manager will lead sales efforts for assigned customers across various U.S. geographies. This role is responsible for managing Kerry’s U.S. portfolio within the global foodservice group, with a focus on both working with existing business and developing new opportunities.
Key responsibilities Manage and direct all sales efforts for assigned regional and emerging chain accounts Defend and expand existing customized and branded business through account penetration and increased menu usage Identify and develop new business opportunities by offering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs Establish and execute sales market plans and manage spend to deliver results within approved budgets Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels Develop customer strategies aligned with their goals, objectives, and culture Manage customer agreements to meet annual operating plans Lead and coordinate all customer activities, leveraging internal resources to win business Develop and execute strategic plans that utilize Kerry’s full range of technologies Create and implement pricing strategies Participate in annual budget planning and execution Analyze business trends and manage the opportunity pipeline to drive growth Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience managing regional and emerging foodservice chains Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive with strong initiative Proven team player with a collaborative mindset Ability to integrate communication into the sales process effectively Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer and Kerry locationsThe typical hiring range for this role is $123,859.00 to $213,784.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
