Job Description

Traveloka is looking for a strategic, organised and impact-driven Regional Campaign Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and key cross-functional initiatives across our key markets. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, combines analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management, and drives seamless, high-impact and initiatives at scale. You will also play a central PMO role, overseeing strategic programs that enhance the customer journey and drive business outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated regional campaigns that align with business objectives and ensure impactful results across markets.

PMO Ownership for Strategic Initiatives: Act as central PMO lead for cross-functional regional initiatives, including initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer experience and drive transaction per visit such as in-app store merchandising. 

Strategic Framework Development: Design and implement frameworks for campaign planning, deal selection, budget allocation, and performance tracking. Equip local teams with toolkits and playbooks to ensure consistent execution and brand alignment. 

Local Market Partnership: Work closely with the local teams to adapt regional strategies for local relevance. Facilitate best practice sharing, align campaign and initiative objectives, and support market-specific execution. 

Performance Measurement & Reporting: Build and maintain robust tracking and analytics to evaluate campaign and initiative effectiveness. Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvements. 

Innovation & Growth Initiatives: Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis. Lead the design and pilot of programs and initiatives that position Traveloka as a differentiated brand in the region.

Requirements

6+ years in campaign, growth, performance marketing and/or project management roles 

Tech/e-commerce experience is a plus 

Proven success managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Exceptional stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Highly structured, analytical and results-driven
