**Position Summary:**
The Resistoflex product range is a globally recognized brand under the Crane ChemPharma and Energy business, catering to rigorous demands in corrosive environments. It serves various industries, including chemical, power, refining, and pharmaceutical that provides reliable solutions for critical applications. The Regional Business Line Manager will ensure profitability and identify opportunities to promote our company through customer relationships by designated value stream area.
**Principle Duties (includes, but is not limited to):**
+ Responsible for Development and Implementation of short and long-term strategy for the respective assigned regions. This includes full analysis of competitive landscape, regional market economic, industry indicators, analysis and projection of regional market size, growth rates, current share position and maintaining project win/loss database for analysis and trends.
+ Responsible for Development and Implementation of product line pricing (including intercompany transfer pricing) & profitability: by region, customers and order types and establishing regional product sourcing strategy.
+ Responsible for providing sales target opportunities by application & geography and supports these with product and “how to win” sales tools and training for both internal and external employees and channels.
+ Owns SI&OP forecast and the accuracy of that forecast.
+ Develops demand review summary for SIOP while assisting the VPGM with this process.
+ Identifies and researches new product development ideas. Develops business cases and is a member of the Brand NPD team.
+ Responsible for New Product launches and collateral promotional materials in respective regions.
+ Develops with Sales Manager the appropriate product channel strategy and defines preferred sales channels.
+ Interfaces with Sales Leadership (Director, Regional or Account) channels and customers to determine annual sales plan (targets) for region by, Project & MRO, account management support, projects and prospects, product application, and technical service support.
+ Assists Customer Service Teams in Contract Review and quote generation for respective products.
+ Provide guidance and approval for “major” customer change orders.
+ Assists Industry Vertical Manager to develop the application/ segment information for products, product application training material.
+ Assists Marketing Manager in creating brand/ product communication plan (includes brochures & technical documentation), funneling leads, establishing and managing marketing expense budgets, and selection/ approval and execution of exhibitions.
+ Monitors competitor marketing and pricing activities while developing counter strategies.
+ Develops strategy and annual operations plan for product lines.
+ Creates and executes business models.
+ Establishes DOA for pricing.
+ Responsible for approving tactical day-to-day MRO pricing and annual contracts pricing.
+ Accountable for SP by product line.
+ Assists VP/GM with project management / gate tracking.
+ Assists Regional Sales Director with follow-up on open invoices.
+ Assists in managing customer complaints for positive outcome and recommends corrective actions/services to eliminate future complaints.
+ Supports the Value Stream and Business Unit sales activities in achieving the planned sales and margins.
+ Up to 50% travel requirement.
**Essential Qualifications / Experience:**
+ B.S. in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related degree.
+ Exceptional marketing and analytical skills.
+ Knowledge of different sales strategies and product life cycle.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent presentation skills and costumer focus.
+ Ability to operate across the business and in different environments/cultures.
+ Highly motivated, innovative, and sound negotiation skills.
+ Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**
+ Industry experience
+ Experience in Product Management for a technical product.
+ Certified or trained in operational excellence or lean manufacturing, and the use of its tools.
+ Able to communicate in other languages.
