Pay Range: $50,000.00 to $63,000.00 USD ANNUALLY
Incentives: In addition to base salary, Business Development Managers earn additional incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities of a Regional Business Development ManagerDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed growth goals.Identify and secure new B2B opportunities across target industries.Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships through consultative selling.Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and trade associations.Collaborate with leadership to align regional efforts with companywide objectives.Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.

Education: Bachelor Degree

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline.

Experience: 60 months

The ideal manager for the region will have shown progressive growth in their Business Development roles. Experience may be considered in place of education.

Skills:

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with discipline and accountability.Knowledge of Lebanon, Lancaster, York, and Adams county business landscapes a plus.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
