Essential Job Duties:
Bring on new retail business to the Protech organization through a structured consultative sales approach.Provides assistance to new customers for account set up and training support required to maximize sales, profits, productivity and customer satisfactionDevelops and maintains productive, long-term client relationships through visitation, phone calls, letters, and corporate support materialsServes as an advisor for existing clients, consulting in current products , industry updates and determine individual client needsWork closely with customers to increase and/or maintain monthly volume targets as well as monitor service, delivery and performanceWork with operational counterparts to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting of commitments and eventual hand off of account management responsibilitiesActs as liaison between accounts, company staff, and Accounts Receivable department to build and maintain healthy financial relationshipsUse customer feedback to recommend modifications to products and/or servicesSkill/Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years sales, account management or similar experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsSolid organizational and follow up skillsDemonstrated ability to attain high levels of internal and external customer satisfactionEntrepreneurial spirit – finding creative ways to accomplish the company goals within set parameters.A valid Driver’s license is requiredAvailability to travel up to 50%
