Job Description
Regional Benefits Partner will develop and execute benefit strategies to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business goals. This role will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing benefit programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent while maintaining compliance with Traveloka policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate requires a strong understanding of benefit principles, excellence analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The regional scope of the role includes Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and potentially new markets in North Asia and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefit Strategy and Analysis:
● Develop and implement benefit plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
● Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices
● Manage annual benefit reviews (i.e health insurance renewal)
● Design and evaluate benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Business Partnering:
● Liaise with vendors (i.e insurance providers, brokers) to ensure that our benefits are implemented accordingly.
● Provide guidance and support on benefit matters during the hiring process, promotions, transfers, and restructures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.
Compliance and Reporting
● Develop and update benefit related policies/ guidelines to ensure they remain align with the Company’s direction
● Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all markets Traveloka has workforce.
Continuous Improvement
● Conduct benefit analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
● Stay updated on benefit trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in benefit management, preferably within a reward consultancy, technology firm, or multinational organization5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a good understanding of best practices and industry trendsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data setsProficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysisFamiliarity with market survey and benchmarking analysisKnowledge of relevant labor laws and regulationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data.Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
